5. Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive and effective visuals
6. Ensuring all work is completed on schedule and at a high quality
7. Creating graphic themes and concepts for significant internal events
8. Taking responsibility for all aspects of design projects, from conception to final delivery
9. Developing a deep understanding of the target audience, competition, and industry trends to inform design decisions
