About the Internship

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our team and contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. As an integral part of our logistics department, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management, with a specific focus on last-mile logistics and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily logistics operations.
• Learn and implement last-mile delivery strategies and protocols.
• Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and managing inventory.
• Handle customer inquiries related to last-mile deliveries and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Help optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of logistics activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics concepts and principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of last-mile logistics and experience in handling escalation procedures is a plus.
