I am looking to hire a full-stack developer for a fast-growing company, chatclient.ai, a custom support automation software powered by LLMs. You will be working on adding new features to the backend, which is in Java Spring Boot, and improving our frontend Next.js design. You will receive Figma designs. You must have experience with Spring Boot and Next.js. Please don’t apply otherwise.
Requirements
– **Technical Skills:**
– Proficient in Java Spring Boot and Next.js.
– Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web development principles.
– Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
– Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL
– **Experience:**
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Demonstrated experience with version control systems, such as Git.
– **Soft Skills:**
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
– **Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
– Open-source contributions or personal projects that showcase your skills and passion for technology.
Responsibilities
– **Develop and Enhance Backend Services:** Implement new features and maintain existing services using Java Spring Boot.
– **Frontend Development:** Translate Figma designs into a responsive, user-friendly frontend using Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
– **Code Quality and Best Practices:** Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
– **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements and optimizations.
– **Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:** Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
