About the Internship
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and CSR affairs intern to join our team. The intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, CSR initiatives, and other HR-related tasks. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in HR management, corporate social responsibility, and organizational development.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. HR Policy Support:
- Assist in researching, drafting, and updating HR policies and procedures
- Maintain and organize employee handbooks and policy documents
- Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
II. CSR Initiative Development:
- Collaborate on planning and organizing CSR activities and campaigns
- Assist in measuring and reporting on CSR impact and effectiveness
III. Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Assist in organizing employee events and recognition programs
IV. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain HR records, databases, and files
